SkillForge Academy sells digital educational products, specifically web design course materials delivered electronically. “Digital Product” refers to any course package, module, project file, PDF, or supplementary material sold through our platform.

2. Purchase & Delivery

• All purchases are processed securely through PayPal.
• Upon successful payment confirmation, a secure one-time download link is sent immediately (within 5 minutes) to the email address provided during checkout.
• Download links are valid for 24 hours from the time of issuance.
• If your download link has expired, contact [email protected] with your transaction ID for re-issuance.

3. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, project files, and associated resources are the intellectual property of SkillForge Academy and are protected by copyright law. © SkillForge Academy.

4. Prohibited Use

• Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.
• Uploading course content to public repositories, torrent sites, or file-sharing platforms is a violation of these Terms.
• Course materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
