Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products — Non-Refundable

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download link has been issued. Digital course materials cannot be “returned” once delivered electronically.

Technical Exceptions

A full refund will be issued only in the following circumstances:

• The download link fails to work and cannot be resolved by our support team within 48 hours
• The delivered files are corrupt or incomplete and cannot be re-delivered
• Course access cannot be provided despite our best support efforts

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental purchase (buyer error)
• Partial completion of course materials
• Dissatisfaction with course content (please review course descriptions before purchasing)

How to Report an Issue

If you encounter a technical problem with your purchase, email [email protected] with:

• Your PayPal order/transaction ID
• A description of the issue
• Screenshots (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is not applicable as our products are delivered instantly via digital download. There is no subscription to cancel.

Dispute Resolution

We kindly ask that you contact our support team before initiating any PayPal dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
